How Curbside Junk Pickup Works
1. Schedule a Pickup: Call us to describe your items briefly and set a convenient pickup time.
2. Prepare Your Items: Place all items at the curb by 8 AM on the scheduled day. For convenience, many customers opt to put items out the evening before. To qualify for the Curbside Discount, all items must be on your driveway, inside or outside your garage, or curbside.
3. Free Estimate & Removal: Our team will arrive, provide a free estimate, and, with your approval, load the items onto our truck.
4. Contact-Free Convenience: If you’re unavailable or prefer not to come outside, we require a credit card on file to process payment once the truck is loaded.
5. Eco-Friendly Disposal: We prioritize donating or recycling whenever possible and provide tax-deductible donation receipts within 14 business days. To protect items from weather, covering them with a tarp is recommended. Our team will fold and leave the tarp by your door unless you have other instructions.
Important Notes:
- All items must be curbside by 8 AM on pickup day.
- Items should be grouped together and accessible.
- Hazardous materials cannot be accepted.
- A credit card on file is required if you’re not present during pickup.
